Once an order is placed, we start working on your holster. A thorough detailed inspection is performed for every holster. If a piece of material fails in any way to meet quality, it is discarded.
All of our holsters are vacuum formed for an exact fit of the gun model chosen upon checkout. A final inspection is performed before shipping out to your address.
Q: Where is my order?
A: All holsters are made to order. We ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (Monday thru Friday) from the time an order is placed. Which is much faster than most holster companies that take 4-6 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number once shipped. You'll receive your holster in about a week to a week and a half from the time your order is placed.
Q: How do I adjust retention?
A: Simply tighten the screws for a tighter fit, or unscrew for a looser fit.
Q: Do the clip screws touch the gun?
A: No they do not, the part where the clip goes is raised and the screws used DO NOT touch the gun in any way.
Returns Policy
You may return any opened or unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product total.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days (instant if using PayPal) of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
